The prizes are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all taxes.

The following items are included in the registration fees for any person registered for the CANCAM conference:

access to all conference sessions,

delegate package (to include USB proceedings, program and other promotional materials pertaining the conference venue),

refreshments (served during morning and afternoon breaks),

lunches (May 27-30, 2019),

welcome reception (to be held in the evening of Monday, May 27, 2019),

banquet dinner (to be held in the evening of Wednesday, May 29, 2019).

In addition to the registration fee, additional ticket for the gala dinner can be purchased at the unique price of 100 CAD (including taxes and service) for accompanying persons.

Note that the registration fees do not include the banquet dinner for whom registered to a symposium only.

General information. Please note that the following policies pertaining conference registration will apply:

Accepted papers will be included in CANCAM 2019 proceedings only when accompanied by a paid registration.

The cost of each registration - regardless if student or full - entitles the registrant to the inclusion of up to two papers in the proceedings of CANCAM 2019.

The access to CANCAM 2019 premises will be allowed only to those with a valid registration.

Refunds are possible if the refund request is placed prior to May 7, 2019, but a nominal fee/processing charge of $50 will be deducted from each refunded amount. No refunds will be made in case of "no-shows", such that the authors are strongly encouraged to attend the conference and present their work.
